Marie is looking for an independent chef, and that might just be you! As an independent chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting our delicious dishes. You will be part of the kitchen team and make sure every dish is prepared to a high standard, so our guests want only one thing: to come back as soon as possible!

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

• Cooking delicious food for our guests!
• Preparing dishes independently according to recipes and/or using your own creativity
• Ensuring the quality and presentation of the dishes
• Following hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen

What else is important for the perfect match:

• You are creative, innovative and have an eye for detail
• You have completed a professional culinary education
• You have an affinity with French brasserie cuisine
• You are familiar with modern cooking techniques
• You are flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays, and you have a good command of the Dutch language
• You are resilient and able to work well under pressure
